Zoom has identified the issue causing participants joining a meeting being split into multiple meetings with the same meeting ID. We will continue to provide updates as we have them.

A subset of Zoom customers may experience split meetings. Zoom has identified the problem and is currently investigating.

UIT Telecom is replacing the main gateway chassis, upgrading the main processor, and software on the PBX Gateway located at the OSU HMSC Campus. We will also be working with NOC to move the gateway to new switch hardware. During this time the phones will be out of service until the process is complete.
